"It was a bad car day for me, my car stopped on the parking lot of Navy Federal branch on Heritage oak rd off of W 9 mile rode, I was given my tow service phone number I called everything on site is digital I respond digitally got digital assistant answers service call wait time times very long 42 to 72 minutes the funny part they never showed again new service call another 42 to 72 minutes another 40 minutes on both services by now it’s an quarter of 2p and I had my puppy with me Rocket, well now Im angry I put the call in at 1140a so I hang up the phone my health condition demanded I get something to eat now!!!!Dustin State Farm Agent wouldn’t let me go without some help he came out to meet me With peanut butter Ritz crackers and a bottle of cold water. We missed each other security guard stop me let me know he was there he taken me and puppy to McDonald a ways away he paid for my meal and taken us back to car tow service still had not arrived he then did some checking the car himself he used starter tool got the car started and running I want State Farm customers, to know, Dustin came through for us and helped us he went out of his way he made me so happy and I’m so proud of him Thank You Dustin. It’s like a good neighbor State Farm is there!!!"

"I worked with Jayme at this office and if I could give her 10 stars I would! Not only did she take the time to answer all my questions and go over different options that would work best for me, she went above and beyond her job providing me with additional information in regards to being a new Florida resident and all the extended processes that come with switching everything over from a different state. I originally picked this location due to the reviews and stars it had and I am so thankful that I did! They are AWESOME!"

"If you are searching for an insurance agent, stop searching! Justin and his team are awesome. I have been with the same agent in Ohio since high school...thats over 50 years ago. I now have a second home in Florida and reached out to Dustin for home and auto insurance. In the short amount of time I have worked with him I have been super impressed. Best customer service ever. Better than what I have experienced with my Ohio agent. Give him a call. You won't be disappointed"

"Dustin and his staff were kind and personable but they will not work with you and honor discounts that were caused on their end. My husband and I had great discounts with State Farm, thanks to our driving records and beakers we keep in our vehicles. They have obvious issues with their text and calls which resulted in our original policy to lapse. We never received any notifications, including calls or text and even logging into our online account, our accounts showed up-to-date, including my husbad receiving a new beaker, after his policy was supposedly canceled. We only knew our policy was dropped when we received a letter from Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, exclaiming that my husband's license will be suspended the next day if we didn't have insurance. Dustin's team admitted to having issues with getting into contact with, not only me but also my husband, who's number was the main point of contact (they supposedly received a busy signal with me and my husband couldn't receive texts.) He was receiving a $300+ thanks to his beaker but they can't honor that discount since the policy lapsed, thanks to their lack of proper reporting but will admit that communication obviously didn't get through and can't honor the discount my husband earned. In addition, I asked if our policies could be thoroughly reviewed to see if we could lower something that was not necessary. The next day I received a call stating that everything is where it needs to be and there is nothing they can do. Both of our policies nearly doubled and I would recommend searching elsewhere."

I did review your account and our normal courtesy reminder messages are showing as sent from our end. I am truly sorry that none of these messages reached you; I can see that this has caused a great deal of stress and frustration. I researched this situation in hopes of providing you an explanation, but I was not able to find any system outages or instances where this was an issue with any of our other accounts. If you’d like to consider making any changes to your policy limits or deductibles, I’d be happy to meet with you and provide quotes so you can consider if coverage changes are worth the potential savings. "

"I had doubts calling an insurance company after moving here from St. Louis especially the same company I've had for 20+ years. I actually called expecting them to disappoint me so I'd search for something else. Then Jessica spent an hour on the phone with me... explaining everything. She never once faltered.
